3. All of our coaches hold a Bachelors Degree in Growlogy. They are experts for "Integral Science" and aimed at your growth, happiness, success and health.
If you don’t want to or cannot actively participate in the Grow Movement, for example due to lack of time, but would still like to take advantage of our Integral know-how and our resources, then you can book one of our three Coaching Packages. The proceeds are split 50-50% between our coaches and our Institute, which makes you a benefactor to yourself and the overall future.
Our coaches speak English, Mandarin (Chinese), Spanish and German. Consultation takes place online via WhatsApp. After the first session, personal meetings can be arranged in near our 16 affiliate offices. There is a 100% premium for coaching with our founder and guru George M. Grow in English or German.

1. Non-binding introductory meeting (optional)
Can Integral Grow Coaching help, what does it cost and how does it work? We will explain these questions to you in our introductory meeting. We will get to know each other, talk about your current situation and what you have in mind. You will find out if Coaching is suited to your goals and which Package (number of sessions) is best for you. If you go for Coaching, you will receive your documents and contact data to your personal coach by e-mail following the meeting.

2. Discovery Session with Assessment
Coaching always starts with the Discovery Session. We assess the situation and define your goals. For the subsequent joint work you can choose from three Coaching Packages. They differ only in the number of sessions and the corresponding discount. Send us a note with your selection when you receive an invoice and want to pay by bank transfer. That is also a good idea if your employer is assuming the costs. If you book here, you can pay by bank transfer or PayPal.

3. Coaching Sessions
In the Coaching-Sessions we will work jointly over a set period of time (generally 3-6 months) on implementing your goals. We will discuss your current concerns, discuss possible options, and turn them into concrete plans and tasks. Each Session ends with a small self-assigned task for the next appointment, so that we do not remain merely reflective but also bring about real change. You can decide on the period between Sessions based on your needs.
Duration: 50 minutes per Session

Do you want to know more?
When you are unhappy, everything else is irrelevant. If you are living the wrong life, you cannot enjoy anything. The most common cause of human unhappiness is not violence or illness, but self-sabotage.
Self-sabotage is what we call it when you do something that is not in your interest or is entirely unhealthy for you, but which you just cannot seem to resist doing. Sometimes you don’t even notice that you are sabotaging yourself. It can be something that you do just once or something that you repeat over your entire lifetime.
The cause is often to be found in your upbringing, but more commonly in the society in which you live. Dogmas, doctrines, tenets of faith, stereotypes and false assumptions don’t just lead us away from the facts, but also from our own selves and from an enriching, uplifting common existence. Recall your own childhood. Where is your child-like sense of happiness, optimism and enjoyment today?
Without help, it is very difficult to overcome yourself and the ideology of the times without completely falling into an extremely opposite state. For most people, the Books of Life served as eye-openers and guides.
Almost all dropouts, revolutionaries and heretics take an extreme approach to escaping from a false life. Just as Communism is not an ideal antidote to Capitalism, everything under the heading of spirituality is not necessarily a valid response to materialism. What use is a life of absolute freedom when it is devoid of meaning, no direction and no significance? How will you make a living and secure your future?
If you sell everything to buy a mobile home, does that make you a drop-out or a start-up?
